Real Estate Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling client interactions, and closing property sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new sales leads through calls, field visits, and digital platforms
• Handle inbound and outbound customer queries
• Conduct site visits and explain project features to clients
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Follow up with prospects and convert leads into sales
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities

Requirements:

• Good communication skills (English, Telugu, Hindi preferred)
• Basic knowledge of real estate or sales (freshers can apply)
• Strong negotiation and convincing skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
• Ability to travel for site visits
