Job Description

  • 1. Sales & Client AcquisitionIdentify and prospect new clients through networking, referrals, advertisements, and cold calling.
  • Generate and follow up on leads to convert potential buyers into actual clients.
  • Conduct property tours, open houses, and presentations to showcase available listings.
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • 2. Client Relationship ManagementUnderstand clients’ property needs, preferences, and financial abilities to recommend suitable options.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Handle client inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the buying or selling process.
  • 3. Negotiation & Closing DealsPrepare and present offers, negotiate pricing and contract terms between buyers and sellers.
  • Coordinate with legal, financial, and administrative teams to ensure smooth deal closure.
  • Assist clients in completing paperwork, documentation, and compliance requirements.
  • Ensure sales transactions meet all regulatory and company standards.
  • 4. Market Research & AnalysisStay updated on current property listings, market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
  • Analyze market conditions to determine competitive pricing strategies.
  • Provide clients with accurate and relevant market insights to guide their decisions.
  • 5. Marketing & PromotionPromote properties through online platforms, social media, print media, and property exhibitions.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Develop and execute marketing plans to increase visibility and sales.
  • 6. Reporting & AdministrationMaintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and sales activities in CRM systems.
  • Prepare regular sales reports for management review.
  • Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • 7. Collaboration & TeamworkCoordinate with property developers, brokers, agents, and legal professionals.
  • Support colleagues in achieving overall team objectives.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance product and market knowledge.
