Job Description
- 1. Sales & Client AcquisitionIdentify and prospect new clients through networking, referrals, advertisements, and cold calling.
- Generate and follow up on leads to convert potential buyers into actual clients.
- Conduct property tours, open houses, and presentations to showcase available listings.
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- 2. Client Relationship ManagementUnderstand clients’ property needs, preferences, and financial abilities to recommend suitable options.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Handle client inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the buying or selling process.
- 3. Negotiation & Closing DealsPrepare and present offers, negotiate pricing and contract terms between buyers and sellers.
- Coordinate with legal, financial, and administrative teams to ensure smooth deal closure.
- Assist clients in completing paperwork, documentation, and compliance requirements.
- Ensure sales transactions meet all regulatory and company standards.
- 4. Market Research & AnalysisStay updated on current property listings, market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
- Analyze market conditions to determine competitive pricing strategies.
- Provide clients with accurate and relevant market insights to guide their decisions.
- 5. Marketing & PromotionPromote properties through online platforms, social media, print media, and property exhibitions.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns.
- Develop and execute marketing plans to increase visibility and sales.
- 6. Reporting & AdministrationMaintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Prepare regular sales reports for management review.
- Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- 7. Collaboration & TeamworkCoordinate with property developers, brokers, agents, and legal professionals.
- Support colleagues in achieving overall team objectives.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance product and market knowledge.
