Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, conducting property site visits, and closing sales for residential and/or commercial properties. This role requires strong negotiation skills, market knowledge, and a passion for sales.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and follow up on leads through calls, emails, referrals, and site visits
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
  • Conduct property presentations and site visits with clients
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close sales successfully
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients before and after sales
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, legal, CRM) to ensure smooth transactions
  • Keep updated records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM systems
  • Stay informed about real estate market trends, pricing, and competitors
  • Required Skills & QualificationsProven experience in real estate sales or a similar sales role
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
  • Basic knowledge of property documentation and sales processes
  • Proficiency in MS excel and CRM tools
  • Willingness to travel for site visits
  • Local real estate market knowledge
