JOB TITLE: Sales Executive – Real Estate (Residential Projects)

Job Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad.


About the Company: Our client is a reputed real estate consulting firm involved in residential property sales, leasing, advisory, and end-to-end transaction support. They help homebuyers choose the right property and provide complete guidance on documentation, project comparison, and closing formalities.


Role Summary: Our client is looking for a Real Estate Sales Executive responsible for selling first-sale residential flats in premium gated communities across Hyderabad’s West & South regions. The role includes buyer handling, site visits, builder coordination, and achieving monthly closures. You need to coordinate with builder teams for inventory updates and client meetings for the following builder projects: Urbanrise, Team4, Candeur, Myscape, Pacifica, ASBL, Rajapushpa.


Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with prospective buyers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable residential units.
  • Handle first-sale flats in premium gated community projects.
  • Conduct site visits during weekends and assist clients at builder project offices.
  • Present property features, pricing, amenities, payment plans, and guide clients through decision-making.
  • Coordinate with builder teams for inventory updates and client meetings for the following builder projects: Urbanrise, Team4, Candeur, Myscape, Pacifica, ASBL, Rajapushpa.
  • Maintain lead follow-ups, update daily trackers, and share reports with the team.
  • Achieve monthly closures and ensure a smooth end-to-end sales process.
  • Stay updated on residential market trends in Hyderabad’s West & South Zones.


Work Schedule:

  • Mon–Fri: Work from office
  • Sat–Sun: Work from builder/client project sites
  • Weekly Off: Tuesday


Requirements:

  • Must own a 2-wheeler and a dual-SIM phone.
  • Strong communication and client-handling skills.
  • Prior real estate sales experience preferred.
  • Must be fluent in Hindi and Telugu.
