Job Summary:

Planet Green Infra Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Real Estate Sales Executives for our open plotting community project, Project Dates County. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client handling, site visits, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through calls, field visits, and references
• Handle customer inquiries and provide complete project information
• Arrange and conduct site visits
• Follow up with prospective clients and close sales
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Maintain daily reports and update CRM records
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships

Requirements:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in open plotting
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to achieve targets
• Willingness to work in the field
• Basic knowledge of property documentation and registration process

Qualification:

• Intermediate or Degree

Compensation:

• Fixed salary plus performance-based incentives
