Job Description

Role Summary

The Residential Sales Executive is responsible for selling residential properties such as apartments, villas, and plotted developments. The role focuses on lead generation, client engagement, site visits, negotiations, and deal closures while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through walk-ins, referrals, channel partners, and digital platforms
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries professionally
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential options
  • Conduct site visits, project presentations, and product walkthroughs
  • Explain pricing, payment plans, amenities, and legal documentation clearly
  • Negotiate pricing and close sales as per company targets
  • Coordinate with CRM, legal, and finance teams for bookings and documentation
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM
  • Provide post-sales support till agreement registration and handover
