Developing and maintaining a customer database: The sales executive is responsible for building and maintaining a list of prospective Clients by Generating leads through various platforms.

Identifying and contacting potential Clients: The sales executive will reach out to potential Clients via phone, email, or in-person meetings to schedule appointments to finalize the contract.
Negotiating sales: The sales executive will negotiate prices and other terms of the contract with Client on behalf of the company.

Developing Project Closing strategies: The sales executive is responsible for developing Project Closing strategies to meet Project Closing targets, such as setting up marketing campaigns, following up with potential Clients, and tracking progress.
Building relationships: The sales executive is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with Client and Company, as well as other professionals in the industry.

Keeping up to date with the real estate market: The sales executive must stay up to date with market trends, changes in laws and regulations, and other factors that may impact the real estate market.

Overall, a real estate sales executive must be knowledgeable about the building constructions and market prices, & should be able to communicate effectively, and possess strong negotiation and Project Closing skills.
