Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads through cold calling, references, and digital platforms.
- Handle customer enquiries related to residential or commercial properties.
- Conduct site visits and project presentations to prospective buyers.
- Explain project details such as floor plans, pricing, payment plans, and amenities.
- Follow up with clients to convert leads into bookings.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, booking forms, and agreements.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
- Maintain customer database and update CRM regularly.
- Assist customers throughout the sales process until deal closure.
