Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a results-oriented Real Estate Sales Manager to lead, motivate, and grow a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, deep knowledge of real estate sales, and a proven ability to drive revenue, develop agents, and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, coach, and manage a team of real estate sales agents to achieve individual and team sales goals

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and revenue
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new agents, ensuring high performance and compliance
  • Monitor sales performance, pipelines, and forecasts; provide regular reports to senior management
  • Set KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and implement improvement plans when needed
  • Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns, listings, and lead generation initiatives
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and external partners
  • Ensure compliance with local real estate laws, company policies, and ethical standards
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Experience managing sales pipelines, CRM systems, and reporting tools
  • In-depth understanding of local real estate market trends and regulations
  • Ability to motivate, mentor, and retain high-performing sales professionals
