We are looking for a dynamic Real Estate Sales Executive to generate leads, manage client relationships, and close property deals. Responsibilities include conducting site visits, explaining project details, negotiating, and achieving monthly sales targets. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, sales experience (real estate preferred), and a passion for customer service.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred) however not mandatory.
  • 1–5 years of sales experience (real estate preferred)
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills

Role OverviewThe Real Estate Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying prospective clients, generating qualified leads, presenting properties, and closing deals. The role demands strong market knowledge, relationship management, and negotiation skills to drive consistent sales performance.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate sales leads via cold calling, networking, digital campaigns, and referrals.
  • Conduct property presentations, virtual demos, and physical site visits.
  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable residential/commercial properties.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and finalize agreements in compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain CRM records and provide weekly/monthly sales reports.
  • Collaborate with marketing, legal, and customer support teams for seamless client service.
  • Stay updated on real estate trends, RERA/HMDA regulations, and competitor offerings.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets as assigned.
  • Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree (Business/Marketing preferred).
  • 1–5 years of real estate or high-value sales experience.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and online sales platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
