Job Summary:


We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for driving property sales, managing a team of sales executives, developing sales strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and a proven track record in real estate sales.

Key Responsibilities:


• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets 🎯

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase property sales

• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads

• Monitor team performance and provide regular training and guidance
