Position: Project Manager – Real Estate & Property Development

Qualifications

· B.Tech (Civil / relevant discipline) or MBA

· Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office and CAD

Experience

· 10–15 years of relevant experience in real estate / property development projects

Job Responsibilities

· Handle project-related documentation including Agreement of Sale, MOUs, Lease Agreements, etc.

· Conduct feasibility studies covering technical, financial, and market aspects

· Plan, execute, and monitor overall project progress as per timelines and budgets

· Review and coordinate structural drawings and technical specifications

· Prepare and control BOQs, cost estimates, and budgets

· Coordinate project financing and liaise with financial institutions

· Oversee end-to-end project handling and monitoring from planning to completion

· Support sales and marketing activities with technical and project inputs
