Role Summary

The Commercial Real Estate Leasing Manager is responsible for leasing commercial properties such as office spaces, retail outlets, malls, and mixed-use developments. The role focuses on tenant acquisition, negotiations, deal closures, and maintaining high occupancy while maximizing rental revenue.

• Key Responsibilities

• Leasing & Deal Closures
• Identify and onboard corporate, retail, and institutional tenants
• Conduct property inspections, site visits, and client presentations
• Prepare commercial proposals, term sheets, LOIs, and lease agreements
• Negotiate rentals, security deposits, lock-in periods, and escalation clauses
• Achieve monthly and quarterly leasing targets

• Landlord & Developer Coordination

• Act as a single point of contact for landlords and developers
• Advise owners on market rentals, leasing strategy, and positioning
• Coordinate approvals, negotiations, and final deal sign-off
• Market Research & StrategyTrack market trends, rental benchmarks, and vacancy levels
• Analyze competitor properties and leasing strategies
• Identify upcoming supply and demand trends
