• Key ResponsibilitiesLead, manage and motivate a team of sales executives.
• Allocate leads, track performance, and ensure target achievement.
• Identify market opportunities and implement sales strategies.
• Conduct client meetings, negotiations, and high-value deal closings.
• Guide the team in objection handling and sales pitches.
• Coordinate with marketing for campaigns & lead generation activities.
• Monitor site visit performance and conversion ratios.
• Build and maintain relationships with channel partners and brokers.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management.
• Ensure excellent customer experience from enquiry to final booking.
• RequirementsMinimum 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales or team handling.
• Strong leadership, communication, and closing abilities.
• Good market understanding of residential/commercial properties.
• Ability to manage high-pressure sales environments.
• Must be target-driven and self-motivated.
• Two-wheeler preferred.
