Job Summary:We are looking for a results-driven and experienced Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive property sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate, excellent leadership skills, and a proven ability to close deals and manage high-performing sales teams.

• Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets for residential and/or commercial properties.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of real estate sales executives and agents.
• Oversee daily sales activities, monitor team performance, and provide training and guidance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, property developers, brokers, and investors.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base.
• Conduct site visits, client meetings, and negotiations to close deals.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends.
• Stay updated with local real estate laws, market trends, and competitor activities.
