4. Client Interaction

• Meet potential customers and present residential projects.
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties.
• Negotiate pricing and close deals.

5. Market Analysis

• Study competitor projects and market trends.
• Suggest pricing strategies and sales plans.

6. Coordination

• Work closely with CRM, finance, and legal teams for documentation and registration.
• Ensure smooth customer experience until property handover.
