Real Estate Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales of residential projects (apartments, villas, plots)
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
• Customer negotiations and deal closures
• Manage walk-ins, leads, site visits, and follow-ups
• Lead and manage residential sales executives and site teams
• Develop and manage channel partner network
• Conduct broker meetings, project briefings, and incentives
• Guide customers through the booking and documentation process
• Coordinate with legal, CRM, and finance teams for smooth closures
• Handle customer escalations and maintain satisfaction
• Support post-sales handover and registration process
• Coordinate with marketing team for campaigns and site promotions
• Support launches, open houses, and road shows
• Provide market feedback on pricing and inventory movement
• Track competitor projects and pricing
• Ensure accuracy of booking forms, agreements, and KYC documents
• Coordinate with legal teams for agreements and registrations
• Strong residential sales and closing skills
• Team leadership and motivation
• Excellent communication and negotiation
• Customer handling and objection management
• Knowledge of local real estate market and RERA
