Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Real Estate Sales & Telecalling Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of real estate sales principles. This role involves proactive client outreach, detailed project presentations, and effective lead generation through cold calling and data analysis. Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure your success.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Communication:Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, providing detailed information about our real estate projects.
  • Effectively communicate project features, benefits, and investment opportunities.
  • Address client inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Sales & Lead Generation:Generate qualified leads through cold calling and targeted outreach.
  • Utilize raw data to identify potential clients and develop effective lead generation strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
  • Client Handling:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Handle client objections and effectively close sales.
  • Language Proficiency:Communicate fluently in Telugu, English, and Hindi.
  • Adapt communication style to suit diverse client needs.
  • Project Knowledge:Develop a comprehensive understanding of our real estate projects.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
  • Attend all training sessions, to gain the full knowledge of the projects.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven experience in real estate sales and/or telecalling.
  • Strong understanding of client handling and lead generation techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Telugu, English, and Hindi.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Experience with cold calling.
