Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional and personable Receptionist who is fluent in English, Hindi, and Telugu, with strong proficiency in MS Office. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and will manage the front desk and company billing. The role also involves clerical support, coordination with various departments, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and manage the front desk area with a professional and welcoming attitude.
- Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous manner.
- Manage all incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, packages, couriers, etc.).
- Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments, ensuring the office calendar is up-to-date.
- Maintain and update company records such as invoices, receipts, and bills.
- Coordinate and manage the flow of bills, ensuring timely submission and payment of invoices.
- Assist with clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Provide administrative support to other departments as needed.
- Ensure the office supplies are well-stocked and make orders as required.
Qualifications:
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, Hindi, and Telugu (both written and spoken).
- Computer Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Education: Degree
