Receptionist

We are hiring a Receptionist cum Social Media Assistant for our digital marketing agency.

This role is ideal for someone who can handle front desk/reception work and also support us with basic digital marketing tasks.

Since our office has a small team, reception work will be light, but the candidate must sit at the front desk and also help with social media postings and basic website-related tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Handle front desk and reception activities
• Attend phone calls and greet visitors/clients
• Maintain basic office coordination
• Upload and schedule posts on Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
• Write simple captions/descriptions if needed
• Support with basic website content updates
• Coordinate with internal team for content posting
• Check whether posts are uploaded properly and on time
• Maintain basic data and task updates

Skills Required:

• Good communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Basic knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube posting
• Basic understanding of Canva or similar tools
• Basic website handling knowledge is preferred
• Should be active, responsible, and willing to multitask

Preferred Candidate:

• Female candidates preferred
• Should be presentable and well-spoken
• Should be able to manage both reception and basic digital tasks
• Prior experience in front desk / social media support is an added advantage
