1.Welcoming patients and visitors politely at the front desk

2.Managing patient registrations, appointment bookings, and follow-ups

3.Attending incoming calls and providing information (Telecaller role)

4.Coordinating with doctors, nurses, and clinic staff

5.Maintaining patient records and updating daily logs

6.Ensuring the reception area is clean and organized

7.Good communication skills in English, Hindi, Telugu preferred

8.Should be polite, calm, and patient-friendly

9.Basic computer knowledge is required
