Receptionist / Front Office Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a good looking and organized Receptionist to manage the front desk and handle daily administrative tasks. The candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and should have good communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a professional manner
• Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department
• Maintain visitor records and manage the reception area
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services
• Schedule appointments and meetings
• Assist with basic administrative and office tasks
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass or any graduate
• Good communication skills (English / Hindi / Telugu)
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, MS Excel, Email)
• Presentable and polite personality
• Prior receptionist or front desk experience is mandatory

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹16,000 per month (depending on experience)
