Job Description
Front Office Executive – Job Responsibilities
- Handling incoming customer calls related to sales, service requests, and general inquiries.
- Preparing and sending quotations/estimates to customers.
- Following up on leads, maintaining customer communication, and supporting lead conversion and sales closure.
- Assigning service and installation requests to the appropriate technical team members.
- Coordinating with the technical team regarding installation schedules, service calls, and job completion status.
- Providing online technical support to customers through remote access tools when required.
- Managing and responding to customer emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintaining customer records, service logs, and follow-up reports.
- Ensuring excellent customer service and effective communication between customers, sales teams, and technical staff.
