Receptionist / Front Office Executive

Job Description.

1. Handle the front desk and maintain visitor records.

2. Create a welcoming, professional environment for clients and customers.

3. Manage administrative chores and organisational tasks.

4. Managing the reception area and ensuring the office is neat and tidy.

5. Greeting and welcoming clients, customers and visitors courteously and professionally.

6. Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate staff member/department.

7. Handling the mails.

8. Taking care of general everyday tasks like scheduling appointments, organising files and maintaining office supplies.

9. Client and internal meetings co-ordinations and handling.

Required skills and qualifications

• 1. Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• 3. Ability to prioritise tasks and great organisational capabilities.
• 4. Competency in managing time and solving everyday tasks.
• 5. Fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu language.
