Receptionist / Front Office Executive

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Hotel Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our guests. You will play a key role in ensuring guests feel welcomed, supported, and satisfied throughout their stay.

• Key Responsibilities Welcome and greet guests upon arrival with a warm and professional attitude
• Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently
• Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications through phone, email, and booking systems
• Provide accurate information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
• Address guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments for smooth operations
• Handle payments, prepare invoices, and maintain proper transaction records
• Maintain a tidy and organised front desk area
• Ensure guest privacy and follow hotel safety procedures
• Assist with administrative tasks as required
• Skills & Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; hotel management degree preferred
• Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk agent, or similar role (hotel experience is a plus)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of hotel management software (PMS) is an advantage
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Basic accounting and cash-handling skills
• Pleasant personality and professional appearance
• Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
