Receptionist (Female) – Hotel Industry

Full-Time | On-site
Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years in Hotel Industry
We are seeking a professional, confident, and service-oriented Receptionist (Female) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests and must deliver a warm, welcoming experience while maintaining excellent communication and administrative efficiency. The candidate must have strong technical/computer skills and fluency in English.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome guests with a professional and friendly attitude
• Handle check-ins, check-outs, room bookings, and reservations efficiently
• Manage phone calls, email correspondence, and guest inquiries promptly
• Maintain guest records and update hotel management systems accurately
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations
• Handle billing, payments, invoicing, and prepare daily reports
• Manage front desk operations, documentation, and filing
• Provide information to guests regarding services, facilities, and local attractions
• Resolve guest concerns professionally ensuring high guest satisfaction
• Maintain the reception area in a neat and organized manner
Requirements:
• Female candidate only
• Minimum 3 years proven work experience as a receptionist in the hotel/hospitality industry
• Fluent in English (spoken & written)
• Strong technical & computer proficiency (MS Office, hotel management software, IT handling skills)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Presentable, punctual, and professional attitude
