Receptionist / Front Office Executive

The Experience Captain is responsible for delivering high-energy, safe, and unforgettable gaming experiences to guests. You are not just staff — you are part referee, part entertainer, part safety officer, and part brand ambassador.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests and explain game rules clearly
• Manage game rooms and reset games efficiently
• Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times
• Motivate players and maintain high energy in rooms
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues
• Coordinate team rotations smoothly
• Upsell add-ons (F&B, merchandise, replays, memberships)
• Maintain cleanliness and game equipment

Safety & Compliance:Monitor gameplay to avoid injuries

• Enforce waiver policies
• Report incidents immediately
• Follow emergency SOP protocols

👤 Requirements:Age: 18–28 preferred

• Strong communication skills
• Energetic personality
• Comfortable with physical movement
• Basic tech understanding
• Weekend & holiday availability mandatory
