Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Front Office Executive cum Tele Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, managing front office operations while also engaging in tele sales to promote our services. Your excellent communication skills and customer service orientation will play a crucial role in delivering a positive experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Handle incoming & outgoing calls and inquiries
  • Provide information about our services and guide clients through the consultancy process.
  • Conduct tele sales calls to potential clients, promoting our services and converting leads into sales.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow up as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve client satisfaction.
  • Assist with administrative tasks and ensure the front office is well-organized and presentable.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Proven experience in a front office or customer service role, preferably in sales.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in MS Office and basic computer skills.
  • Knowledge of the immigration process is a plus.
