Job Title: Receptionist, Front Office Executives & Telecaller

Location: banjara hills

Reports To: Office manager


Position Overview:

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional receptionist to join our dynamic real estate team. The receptionist will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and callers, providing essential administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This role requires excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greeting Visitors: Welcome clients, potential buyers, sellers, contractors, and other visitors with a positive and professional attitude.
  • Answering Phones: Handle inbound calls, direct them to the appropriate department or staff, and take messages as needed.
  • Managing Appointments: Schedule appointments, meetings, and property showings for agents, ensuring that calendars are organized and up-to-date.
  • Administrative Support: Perform general clerical duties, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Handling Inquiries: Respond to inquiries about property listings, office hours, and services offered by the company, either in person, over the phone, or via email.
  • Mail and Deliveries: Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Client Relations: Provide excellent customer service to clients and potential clients, ensuring their needs are met and directing them to the appropriate staff.
  • Office Organization: Maintain an organized and clean reception area, as well as assist in general office upkeep.
  • Support for Real Estate Agents: Assist agents with tasks such as document preparation, gathering property information, and client communication.
  • Marketing and Advertising Support: Assist in maintaining property listings, preparing promotional materials, or assisting with social media updates as needed.
