Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and professional Front Office Executive cum Admin to manage front-desk responsibilities while also supporting day-to-day administrative operations. This role serves as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff, and requires a friendly, organized, and multitasking individual.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Office Management:
- Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer and route incoming calls, take messages, and handle inquiries.
- Maintain visitor logs and manage appointment scheduling.
- Handle front desk cleanliness and presentation.
Administrative Support:
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when needed.
- Assist with documentation, data entry, and record-keeping.
- Coordinate travel, meetings, and other arrangements for staff.
- Support HR and finance teams with filing, scanning, and data updates.
Facility Coordination:
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff for office upkeep.
- Oversee courier and postal services – dispatch and receipt of parcels.
- Ensure the office environment is welcoming and organized.
Other Duties:
- Handle basic email communication and follow-ups.
- Assist with event planning, internal communications, and office activities.
- Any other admin or support tasks as assigned by the management.
Requirements:
- Education: Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor’s Degree preferred)
- Experience: 2–3 years in a similar role preferred
Language Proficiency:
- If relevant (especially in India or multilingual environments):
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Telugu preferred
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Presentable and professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure
Working Conditions:
