Job Description

Job Summary:


We are seeking a proactive and professional Front Office Executive cum Admin to manage front-desk responsibilities while also supporting day-to-day administrative operations. This role serves as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff, and requires a friendly, organized, and multitasking individual.


Key Responsibilities:


Front Office Management:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Answer and route incoming calls, take messages, and handle inquiries.
  • Maintain visitor logs and manage appointment scheduling.
  • Handle front desk cleanliness and presentation.


Administrative Support:

  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when needed.
  • Assist with documentation, data entry, and record-keeping.
  • Coordinate travel, meetings, and other arrangements for staff.
  • Support HR and finance teams with filing, scanning, and data updates.


Facility Coordination:

  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff for office upkeep.
  • Oversee courier and postal services – dispatch and receipt of parcels.
  • Ensure the office environment is welcoming and organized.


Other Duties:

  • Handle basic email communication and follow-ups.
  • Assist with event planning, internal communications, and office activities.
  • Any other admin or support tasks as assigned by the management.


Requirements:

  • Education: Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor’s Degree preferred)
  • Experience: 2–3 years in a similar role preferred


Language Proficiency:

  • If relevant (especially in India or multilingual environments):
  • Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Telugu preferred


Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Good interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Presentable and professional demeanor
  • Ability to multitask and handle pressure
