1. TRAINING PERIOD: 15 days+ salary. Core responsibilities

• Client Consultation: Greet clients warmly, discuss their needs, and recommend suitable treatments and products.
• Service Delivery: Perform a range of beauty and spa treatments, such as massages (facials, body, hot stone), facials, waxing, and nail services.
• Hygiene and Sanitation: Ensure treatment rooms, equipment, and tools are clean and properly sanitized before and after each use.
• Client Records: Maintain accurate and confidential client files, including treatment history, preferences, and contact information.
• Sales and Promotion: Promote spa services and retail products to clients and build brand loyalty through excellent service. 

Essential skills and knowledge

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in various massage techniques, waxing, hair removal, and other beauty treatments.
• Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with clients, answer questions, and provide advice.
• Professionalism: Maintain a high standard of hygiene, adhere to health and safety regulations, and handle client interactions with care.
• Adaptability: Stay up-to-date with new trends, products, and techniques in the spa industry. 

Additional tasks

• Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain stock levels of products and supplies.
• Appointment Management: Schedule and manage client appointments.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with other spa staff to ensure smooth operations.
