Job Description
Make outbound calls to customers regarding overdue payments.
Remind customers about pending dues and payment deadlines.
Follow up regularly with customers to ensure timely payment collection.
Negotiate repayment plans with customers when necessary.
Maintain accurate call records and payment updates in the system.
Coordinate with the recovery team and field executives for unresolved cases.
Address customer queries related to billing and payments.
Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical collection practices.
