Job Title: Recruiter
Location: Hyderabad
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month + Incentives
Job Type: Full-Time
Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Role:
Hiring & managing Field Executives and Delivery Executives across AP & Telangana.
Responsibilities:
• Sourcing & screening candidates
• Conducting Meetingse& onboarding
* Data Handling
• Daily monitoring of team performance
• Supporting executives & resolving issues
• Maintaining reports in Excel
• Coordinating with managers
• Salary & incentive processing
* Need to work under pressure
* Need to handle 5 Field and Delivery Executives under you
Work Requirements:
• Must be active and target-oriented
• Work from own place with no disturbance
• Own laptop & stable internet required
New SIM requirement
Eligibility:
• Age: 18–30 years
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Freshers can apply (Training provided)
• Must have PAN & Aadhaar
• Basic Excel knowledge
