Recruiter

Job Description: 

1) Sourcing and Recruiting: Actively source candidates from Job boards like Naukri, Apna, Linkedin besides doing field visits as some field executives profiles may not be available on job sites. Actively connect with NGOs and Colleges within the area to provide candidates.

2) Screening and Shortlisting: Evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and experience to determine their suitability for the specific roles.

3) Candidate Engagement: Build strong relationships with candidates, providing them with information about the company and the available opportunities.

4) Recruitment Process Management: Coordinate the entire recruitment process, from initial outreach to offer acceptance and documentation.

5) MIS : Maintain daily trackers and provide analysis as and when required.
