Job Title: Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Nallakunta, Hyderabad (Onsite/Work from Office)

Experience: 2–6 Years

Industry: Open

Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate preferred


About the Role: We are looking for a proactive Recruiter who can manage end-to-end hiring across multiple functions. You will be responsible for sourcing high-quality talent, driving the interview process smoothly, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience. The ideal profile is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage high hiring volumes with quality.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing.
  • Understand role requirements and build effective job briefs with hiring managers.
  • Source talent using multiple channels including job boards, social media, communities, referrals & Boolean searches.
  • Drive proactive talent mapping and pipeline creation for niche roles.
  • Conduct competency-based screenings and assess cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offer negotiations.
  • Maintain strong candidate relationships and ensure positive experience.
  • Manage recruitment MIS, trackers, and weekly dashboards.
  • Ensure adherence to TAT & quality SLA metrics.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and hiring campaigns.


Must-Have Skills

  • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment.
  • Strong sourcing capability across LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.
  • Experience hiring for mid to senior roles.
  • Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple mandates simultaneously.


Good-to-Have Skills

  • Experience in technology / FMCG manufacturing / BFSI hiring (as applicable).
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Exposure to bulk hiring drives.
  • Basic understanding of HR compliance & offer structures.
  • Negotiation and closing capabilities.
