Job Description

Job Title: Recruitment Consultant – International Job Posting

Location: Somajiguda, Hyderabad, Telangana, India

Experience: 1–4 years (Recruitment / Overseas Hiring / HR preferred)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant who will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and managing candidates for international job opportunities. The role involves working closely with overseas job requirements, coordinating with candidates, and ensuring profiles are marketed effectively to international employers.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand international job requirements (UK, Germany, Canada, etc.) shared by internal teams or partners
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and internal databases
  • Screen and shortlist candidates based on job criteria and eligibility
  • Conduct initial telephonic or virtual interviews to assess candidate suitability
  • Guide candidates on resume alignment as per international job standards
  • Coordinate with the resume marketing team for profile enhancement if required
  • Post and manage job listings on relevant platforms
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle
  • Share shortlisted profiles with international employers or internal job marketing teams
  • Track candidate progress, interview schedules, and feedback
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM or recruitment systems
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process


Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in international hiring or consultancy
  • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and job portals
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to evaluate candidate profiles and match them with job requirements
  • Familiarity with international job markets is an added advantage
  • Ability to handle multiple requirements and meet deadlines
