Job Role

  • Improving the performance of the underperforming AM - BB and PAM - BB
  • Driving BSMs/AM - BB and PAM - BB on lead campaigns for increasing business throughput
  • Training, Guiding and Supporting the AM - BB and PAM - BB/BSMs on Digital adoption, product and processes
  • Driving other initiatives advised by HO Channel performance management team
 

Job Requirements

  • Graduate - Above 5 years of experience
  • Post Graduate - 4 years of experience
  • Customer orientation
  • High energy and drive
  • Good Verbal and Written Communication Skill
