Role Objective
The Relationship Executive will coordinate with potential clients and schedule appointments for financial advisory sessions. The role focuses on communication and relationship building, not sales.
- Key DutiesOutbound calling to assigned customer database
- Introducing free financial review service
- Scheduling in-office or doorstep meetings
- Sending WhatsApp confirmations & reminders
- Maintaining call status in CRM/Excel
- Follow-up calls for missed appointments
- Supporting advisor’s daily meeting calendar
- What You Will NOT DoNo field marketing
- No door-to-door sales
- No target pressure for selling products
- Candidate ProfileGraduate or pursuing degree
