Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with existing customers to ensure timely repayment of loans and minimize defaults.

• Identify new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and market research to expand the customer base.

• Conduct thorough credit analysis and appraisal of loan applications to determine creditworthiness.

• Develop strategies to increase sales revenue by cross-selling other financial products such as insurance policies or investment schemes.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and performance metrics.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-4 years of experience in commercial vehicle finance (CVF), commercial loans, or related fields like auto loans, tractor finance, LCV financing etc. .
• 
  
• Strong understanding of CVS (Commercial Vehicle Sales) industry trends and regulations.
• 
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective relationship management with customers.
• 
  
• Ability to analyze complex financial data for making informed lending decisions.
