Sales – Housing Loan Role Summary We are hiring experienced Relationship Officers – Housing Loan (RO-HL) with strong exposure to Affordable Housing Loans.

The role involves direct market sourcing (DST), customer acquisition, documentation, and end-to-end loan processing in compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct sourcing of Housing Loan / Affordable Housing Loan cases from open market • Handling end-to-end loan process: sourcing, login, documentation & coordination

• Understanding of Housing Loan products, policies & eligibility norms • Maintaining sourcing quality and compliance standards • Building relationships with customers, builders & channel partners

• Ensuring timely disbursement and minimal rejections Eligibility & Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in Housing Loan / Mortgage Loan / Secured Loans (DST role)

• Mandatory exposure to Affordable Housing Loan / Affordable HL

• Candidate must be currently or recently working in the same products ❌Profiles NOT allowed: Personal Loan, Credit Card, Unsecured Loans, Freshers

• Graduation mandatory (Any stream)

• Age limit: Maximum 30 years

• CIBIL score: Up to 700

• Employment gap (if not working): Not more than 4 months

• Joining on similar CTC required

• Proper relieving letter mandatory
