Summary:
As a Responsible AI Advisor, you will develop strategies to ensure the ethical and responsible use of artificial intelligence technologies. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to shape the strategic direction of guidelines and policies, while promoting transparency and accountability in AI initiatives. You will engage in discussions to align these initiatives with the organization's values and legal requirements, ensuring that AI-related risks are effectively mitigated. Your role will be pivotal in fostering a culture of responsibility and ethical considerations in the deployment of AI technologies across the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate training sessions to enhance team understanding of responsible AI practices.
- Monitor and evaluate the implementation of AI guidelines and policies to ensure compliance.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Responsible AI.
- Strong understanding of ethical AI frameworks and guidelines.
- Experience in risk assessment and mitigation strategies related to AI technologies.
- Ability to communicate complex AI concepts to diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with legal and regulatory requirements surrounding AI deployment.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Responsible AI.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
