Role Overview:

Responsible for supervising floor operations, managing stewards, and ensuring smooth service and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

1) Oversee daily floor operations during shift

2) Manage and guide stewards and service staff

3) Ensure fast and smooth customer flow during peak hours

4) Handle customer queries, issues, and escalations

5) Maintain service quality, hygiene, and presentation standards

6) Coordinate with kitchen for order delays or issues

7) Monitor table turnover and overall dining efficiency

8) Train new staff on service standards

What You’re Looking For

1) 2–5 years experience in QSR / café / casual dining

2) Strong communication and leadership skills

3) Ability to handle pressure and multitask

4) Problem-solving mindset

5) Good understanding of customer service
