  • Key Responsibilities
  • 1. Guest ServiceWelcome and greet guests in a professional and friendly manner
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout service
  • Take orders, explain menu items, and suggest upselling options
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly
  • Ensure timely service of food and beverages
  • 2. Floor & Operations ManagementSupervise day-to-day restaurant floor operations
  • Manage table allocation and reservations
  • Coordinate with kitchen for smooth service flow
  • Ensure proper service sequence and timing of dishes
  • Monitor cleanliness and hygiene standards
  • 3. Team SupervisionLead and manage stewards/waiters
  • Conduct daily briefings and assign duties
  • Train new staff on service standards and menu knowledge
  • Maintain discipline and grooming standards
  • Motivate team to achieve service excellence
  • 4. Sales & UpsellingPromote food, beverages, and special offers
  • Increase average billing through suggestive selling
  • Maintain strong product knowledge (menu, beverages, ingredients)
  • 5. Quality & ComplianceEnsure food quality and presentation standards
  • Maintain hygiene, safety, and sanitation practices
  • Follow SOPs and company policies
  • Assist in inventory control and stock monitoring
  • Required SkillsStrong leadership and team management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused attitude
  • Good knowledge of F&B service and menu
  • Ability to handle pressure and multitask
  • Problem-solving and complaint handling
  • QualificationsMinimum: 12th / Diploma in Hotel Management
  • Experience: 3–6 years in F&B service (with 1–2 years in supervisory role)
  • Reporting ToRestaurant Manager / F&B Manager
