Job Description
The Restaurant Manager is responsible for the smooth day-to-day operations of the restaurant. The role includes managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining quality standards, and achieving financial targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and team performance.
- Ensure high standards of food, service, and cleanliness.
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly.
- Monitor sales, budgets, and cost controls.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth workflow.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Good understanding of restaurant operations and financials.
- Ability to handle pressure and multitask efficiently.
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality or related field preferred.
