Job Description

The Restaurant Manager is responsible for the smooth day-to-day operations of the restaurant. The role includes managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining quality standards, and achieving financial targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations and team performance.
  • Ensure high standards of food, service, and cleanliness.
  • Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance.
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly.
  • Monitor sales, budgets, and cost controls.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth workflow.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Good understanding of restaurant operations and financials.
  • Ability to handle pressure and multitask efficiently.
  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality or related field preferred.
