Restaurant Manager

• Order & Delivery Management: Monitor and manage incoming orders across WhatsApp groups,

Swiggy, and Zomato. Coordinate seamlessly between chefs and delivery personnel to ensure food is

prepared and dispatched on time.

• Customer Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for customers, handling feedback and

building long-term loyalty through excellent service.

• Inventory & Logistics: Manage stocks and oversee logistics to ensure the kitchen is always

well-supplied. Implement strategies to minimize kitchen waste.

• Financial Management: Tally daily payments across all platforms and ensure timely reminders for

payments to customers where applicable.

• Menu & Innovation: Refresh the daily menu and bring new ideas for smooth operations, branding,

and business growth.
