Responsibilities & Deliverables 1. Ensure the upkeep & readiness of the store. 2. Ensure supplies & stock of products & consumables. 3. Grooming, briefing & training of staff in the store. 4. Brand publicity as per the corporate guidelines. 5. Enhance customer satisfaction levels. 6. Spontaneously address customers’ concerns. 7. Enhance sales to exceed targets. 8. Maintain food cost within budget. 9. Minimise wastages. 10. Audit processes and inspect equipments for zero deviation from the laid norms & standards. 11. High level of food safety & hygiene all across the store at all times. 12. Maintain discipline amongst the team. 13. Coach, encourage & motivate store level team members. 14. Sales promotion by successfully organizing events and festivals for the store. 15. Rapport building with VIPs and regular Guests through mailers, telephone calls etc. 16. Ensure implementation of all corporate guidelines issued from time to time. 17. Maintain business MIS. 18. Any other activity as assigned from time to time. Age Criteria : Maximum 35 years.
