Job Title: Restaurant Manager (QSR)

Job Summary:
Responsible for managing daily restaurant operations in a fast-paced QSR environment, ensuring excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining brand standards.
- Key Responsibilities:Handle end-to-end store operations
- Ensure fast service (TAT) and order accuracy
- Manage, train, and schedule team members
- Drive sales and achieve targets
- Control inventory, food cost, and labor cost
- Ensure hygiene, safety, and SOP compliance
