Restaurant Manager

As our Restaurant Manager for the Jubilee Hills , you will own the complete operational

excellence of the outlet while building the foundation for our Hyderabad expansion. You will be the

brand's face in the city — responsible for team culture, guest satisfaction, cost efficiency, and

operational standards. Given the imminent launch of two additional outlets, high performers will have a

clear pathway to multi-store oversight and senior leadership roles.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Operations & Store Management

• Own day-to-day operations of the Jubilee Hills outlet end-to-end.

• Ensure all brand SOPs, presentation standards, and quality benchmarks are consistently upheld

• Coordinate with the central team in Delhi on new launches, seasonal menus, and brand rollouts

• Prepare for and support the operational setup of upcoming Hyderabad outlets as the city lead

Team Handling & People Management

• Recruit, onboard, train, and retain a high-performing outlet team

• Build a positive, guest-first culture aligned with Snowberry's brand ethos

• Schedule shifts effectively to ensure smooth coverage during peak hours

• Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and constructive feedback loops

Inventory & Supply Chain

• Oversee end-to-end inventory management — ordering, receiving, stock rotation, and audits

• Coordinate with vendors and the central procurement team to ensure zero stock-outs

• Maintain accurate daily inventory records and submit periodic reports to leadership

• Identify wastage patterns and implement corrective measures proactively

Food Cost Control

• Monitor food cost percentages daily and take corrective action to stay within target margins

• Implement portion control standards and ensure team compliance consistently

• Minimise wastage through smart prep planning, FIFO discipline, and daily briefings

• Analyse food cost reports and present actionable insights to the management team

Guest Experience & Customer Satisfaction

• Create a warm, memorable in-store experience consistent with premium brand

positioning

• Resolve guest grievances swiftly and professionally, turning every concern into a loyalty

opportunity

• Monitor online reviews (Zomato, Google, Instagram) and proactively manage the outlet's

reputation

• Drive repeat visits and community engagement in collaboration with the marketing team

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Required Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in restaurant or F&B outlet management

• Demonstrated experience managing teams of 12+ members

• Hands-on experience with inventory management systems and food cost tracking

• Strong command over daily operations, hygiene standards, and customer-facing protocols

• Excellent communication skills in English ,Telugu and Hindi

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience overseeing or supporting multiple outlets / stores simultaneously

• Background in dessert, café, quick-service, or experiential F&B formats

• Familiarity with POS systems ( petpooja )and F&B analytics

• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field
