Restaurant Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and talented Hotel Manager who can lead daily operations while also driving innovative R&D initiatives within the property. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a passion for developing new concepts, menus, service standards, and guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead R&D activities in areas like menu development, guest experience enhancement, service innovation, and operational improvement.

Work closely with chefs and department heads to develop new F&B concepts, seasonal menus, and unique offerings.

Monitor guest feedback and use insights for continuous improvement.

Implement SOPs, quality checks, and hygiene standards as per industry norms.

Manage staff performance, training, scheduling, and team motivation.

Handle budgeting, cost control, inventory management, and vendor coordination.

Ensure high customer satisfaction through proactive problem-solving and personalized service.

Support in marketing initiatives, promotions, and new project planning.

Stay updated with market trends to introduce fresh and competitive ideas.

Required Skills
