Restaurant Staff

A QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) Crew Member is responsible for delivering fast, friendly, and accurate service to customers while maintaining quality, cleanliness, and operational standards of the outlet.

• Key Responsibilities1. Customer ServiceGreet customers and take orders accurately
• Provide quick and friendly service
• Assist customers with menu selection and upselling
• Handle customer queries and resolve basic concerns
• 2. Order Processing & BillingOperate POS system for billing and order punching
• Handle cash, UPI, and card payments accurately
• Ensure correct order preparation and delivery
• 3. Food PreparationAssist in preparation of food items as per SOPs
• Follow portion control and presentation standards
• Ensure food safety and hygiene practices are maintained
• 4. Cleaning & HygieneMaintain cleanliness of dining area, kitchen, and workstations
• Follow sanitation and food safety guidelines
• Ensure proper waste disposal
• 5. Team SupportWork collaboratively with team members during rush hours
• Follow instructions from supervisors and managers
• Support in opening and closing duties
• 6. Inventory SupportAssist in stock handling and basic inventory checks
• Inform supervisors about shortages or issues
• Required SkillsGood communication skills
• Basic customer handling ability
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of hygiene and safety
• QualificationsMinimum: 10th / 12th Pass
• Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers can apply)
• Reporting ToShift Manager / Store Manager
